11th Annual Amanda Hichkad CCA Celebration Walk (2024)

Kris' Krew

A friend's daughter was identified with triple negative breast cancer after her first mammogram at the age of 40.  It escalated very quickly and after a year and a half she passed away leaving behind her husband and three children.  Everyone has their story but, after seeing the effects of this journey I decided I would dedicate my team in the walk to her.  Thus Kris' Krew was established to celebrate her and others like her.  As we know cancer does not discriminate.  it comes on unexpectedly, without warning, to many who were going about their lives with no indicators that cancer was a part of them and about to create havoc.  Each one is so brave in my opinion.  Anything we can do to make their lives and the lives of those who love them more manageable is my goal and the goal of Cancer LifeNet.  That is why I ask you to join me in the walk and/or by providing donations/support.

This is the 11th year for the Amanda Hichkad Walk.  I am hoping that with your support we will exceed my goal amount. With the expansion of the Kayfmann Center, it is obvious how much this is needed by so many. Thank you.
